Purchase Cancellation Policy – Lux Hair Growth
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers must then refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

2. Processing Times
Orders are processed quickly to ensure efficient shipping.
Therefore, the time window for cancellation is limited and depends on when the order is handled by our logistics team.
3. Purchase Options (promotions, bundles, subscriptions)
Certain offers (promotional bundles, limited-time offers, or other purchase options) are final upon order confirmation.
No modification or cancellation will be possible once the order is confirmed, unless it has not yet been shipped.
4. Subscriptions (if applicable)
If a purchase option includes a subscription:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
- Any period already billed remains due and non-refundable
- Cancellation will apply to future orders only

5. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped:
