Conditions to be met :

You must have used our serum regularly and in accordance with the instructions for at least 12 weeks.

    Take a clear photo of your hair before starting to use the serum. Make sure the date is visible in the photo roll (screenshot of the album).
  2. After 12 weeks :
    Take a new photo of your hair, after 12 weeks of use, as well as a photo of the product used (always with the date visible in the photo roll).

  3. Contact us :
    Send an email to our team at contact@luxhairgrowth.com or use our contact form on the website. Please include:

    • Your two photos (before/after)

    • The photo of the consumed product

    • And any other information useful for the evaluation of your request

Important :
